Early Childhood Education Registration Form – 2025-2026

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of the Wayside School. To apply for any of our Preschool or Kindergarten options, please complete the form below and submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), and the registration fee. A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required for all students at the time of registration. Without the registration fee, the child will not be put on any class list.

Submitting a new student registration form does not mean that a student is accepted into a classroom; our preschool and kindergarten classrooms often form a wait list. The registration fee is only refundable if you do not secure a spot in our school.

Three year old and multi-age classes – Child must be three years old on or before September 1, 2025
Four year old class – Child must be four years old on or before September 1, 2025
Kindergarten – Child should be five years old on or before September 1, 2025

Since class size is limited, the following order will be considered when taking registrations:

Currently enrolled OLW School students
Brothers or sisters of currently enrolled OLW students
Children of OLW Parishioners registered before December 1, 2024
Children of Catholic families registered at parishes other than OLW
Children of non-Catholic families

For Preschool: Pray and Play extended morning program is available Monday – Friday as well.
Before and after school care is also available for all day PK and K students.
