Early Childhood Education Registration Form – 2025-2026

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of the Wayside School.

Families interested in full-day preschool or half-day preschool for 4-year-olds should know that we currently have a waitlist. You may still fill out the registration form for your child, but you may skip paying the student registration fee until contacted by the office. Please reach out to Danielle Kenney, Director of Marketing and Development, dkenney@olwschool.org to ask questions about preschool and the enrollment process.

We can enroll new students in our Kindergarten program! Please complete the form below and submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), and the registration fee. A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required for all students at the time of registration. Without the registration fee, the child will not be put on any class list.

Three year old and multi-age classes – Child must be three years old on or before September 1, 2025
Four year old class – Child must be four years old on or before September 1, 2025
Kindergarten – Child should be five years old on or before September 1, 2025

For Preschool: Pray and Play extended morning program is available Monday – Friday as well.
Before and after school care is also available for all day PK and K students.
